Painful Truths & Comfortable Lies will be on sale and up on streaming sites to listen to November 19th, and that very night we get to celebrate with our release show at The Blue Room in Secaucus, NJ with friends like A Midnight Tragedy, Stronger Than Death, Devil in the Belfry, The Silverhounds and Blooming. I speak for Chris, Mike and myself when I say we are beyond excited!
It's hard to believe that we started recording this album nearly a year ago and we now get to share it with everyone. Looking back it has been a long year; we've lost icons and loved ones, and each of us individually in the band has had our own hardships to deal with. But a way we deal with what life throws at us is to create something; something worked out with others that becomes bigger than us and that we can share through performing and recordings. Much of the content from this album deals with some of these hardships, but if I personally was to say what the album is about and tries to say to the listener, it's very simple: you aren't alone.
And to everyone who has listened and supported us over these last six years we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! These last six years have been long, but we do still have some exciting surprises to share after this!
In the meantime, we look forward to celebrating making it this far with you!
